In my 16 years as a mental health counselor, I have worked with a wide variety of mental health concerns. I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, trauma, men’s issues, career burnout, physical pain/emotional causes, sexual trauma/trafficking, grief and loss, relationship issues, and faith transitions. I have done this in a variety of settings such as residential treatment, emergency rooms and outpatient clinics.

  • My advanced training in Accelerated Resolution therapy (an eye movement therapy) creates significant breakthroughs for my clients. They see results fairly quickly and the changes are lasting.
  • I love working with high performing individuals experiencing burnout in their career or family life. I understand the demands of the executive world having worked in leadership positions myself such as COO and CCO, while balancing the demands of relationships. I know the way through and can help guide you toward a life of more balance, and freedom. Are you ready to get off the hamster wheel?
  • My experience in Emotionally focused therapy is a framework to provide couples a clear roadmap for a securing bonding within the relationships.

In a New Leaf Counseling session with me you can expect a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. I will listen attentively, creating a safe space for you to explore your innermost thoughts and feelings. I am able to provide unwavering support and encouragement to help you to navigate difficult emotions and overcome obstacles with confidence. As you progress, you will notice significant shifts in your self-awareness and personal growth, leading to a profound sense of empowerment and healing. Your journey with me is not just about addressing immediate concerns; it’s about fostering long-term resilience and well-being, giving you a renewed sense of hope and a clearer vision for your future. I hope you’ll contact us today!

Outside of professional life, I enjoy working out, camping, hiking, boating, skiing, and spending time outdoors.
